The Atrium restaurant serves a rich buffet breakfast from 06:00 to 10:00. The restaurant is open for lunch from 11:30 to 15:00 and for dinner from 18:00 to 22:30. The Atrium Restaurant serves traditional Czech specialities and international favourites.

The Grill Bar Gourmet is open daily from 08:00 to 23:00 and serves bar meals, quick local specialities, beverages and coffee.

The hotel’s lobby bar has a wide selection of drinks, with everything from coffee to cocktails. The lobby bar is ideal for short meetings with friends or business associates and is open from 10:00 to 01:00.

The Moravian cottage is a traditional rustic-style building with an inner atrium and a summer garden. The Moravian cottage serves food fresh from the grill or from its smoke fire and is open from Monday to Saturday.

The St. Urban Restaurant and Salon serves national and international cuisine and offers a wide selection of local and imported wines. The restaurant has a lounge and a vaulted cellar and is open from 19:00 to 01:00.

The beer hall has a lounge and an automated skittle alley and serves four different types of draught beer. The beer hall is open from 16:30 to 00:00.

Room information

Rooms, suites and business suites with bathroom, WC, electronic key, spy hole in the door, telephones with direct dialling option and connection for PC/fax modems. The TV sets come with an interactive system for direct contact to the reception desk, as well as satellite channels (including CNN and CNBC) and Pay TV. Minibars and smoke detectors are included.

The breakfast was pretty good.

For a large room the bathroom was quite small and the shower head in the bath only had a holder at tap level so you couldn't really have a shower - strange?

The rooms and bath room are spacious and very clean, and you have free WIFI. The hotel's location is convenient to have access to both the city and the transporations.

I really beleive that a large smile, and friendly attitude at the reception should be part of the package in a 4 stars, international business hotel. There is much to be made in this aspect with the staff at the reception of this hotel supposedly an international hotel for business, in the second largest city in the Czech republic. There is no health club ( to work out )

The room is clean and comfortable.

All reception "ladies" are very unpolite to us(Asian people). They ignored us even we just stand opposite to them and answered raughly. They are not suitable for Hotel service business.

Der Gesamteindruck Ihres Hotels hat uns gut gefallen, es war soweit alles in Ordnung. Das Abendessen war vorzüglich, ein großes Lob an die Küche. Der Oberkellner war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Leider mußten wir feststellen, dass eine Dame beim einchecken sehr unfreundlich war und das Personal beim Frühstück könnte auch etwas freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein. Den Tag mit einem Lächeln beginnen!!!
